职位描述
As the Senior Garment Technician, you are responsible for the implementation of our Clients quality requirements, methods and routines with our suppliers to secure a strong understanding and capability to meet the necessary sample quality specifications and standards
When needed, you will support the team with securing fit and making for test orders and preforming risk assessments, but your main focus is to work proactively to avoid reoccurring issues and challenges.
You will also help to assist the team and our Clients with technical solutions that will help to achieve the right making, fit and quality of the garments.
You will arrange trainings with our suppliers to educate them and create awareness when it comes to technical requirements/tolerances /how to measure/how to read Measurement list and Artworks and analyze their performance seasonally.
You will initiate internal and external sessions with key stakeholders to share cases/problems/solutions in order to strengthen our sample quality performance.
