Job Descriptions：

Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirement

Arrange sample submission to customers for approval

Handle merchandising related documents

Draft sample instruction, check sample and dimension

Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A

Co-operate with Design Team in product development and provide information about accessories and production situation

Update market situation with Design Team

Manage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames

Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness          

Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for EU/USA customers

Responsible for sourcing and development of high furniture

Based on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend furniture collection to designers / customers

Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy

Ensure that shipping and sampling shelves are stocked at all times

Distribute completed sample requests to the appropriate managers

Perform other duties as assigned by Management
