- Work/communicate closely with the Shanghai office, and the corporate office in the USA to complete own projects align with the division goal.

- Complete production process audit and follow through the CAPA, continuously monitor suppliers’ key production parameter.

- Collect all the suppliers, Shanghai lab testing data and complete data analysis on timely, followed by escalation plan and CAPA if incompliance.

- Draft and review product specifications and tolerances in addition to establishing performance parameters based on end user needs and expectations.

- Audit new supplier and support to set up quality system and interpret product specification to ensure the product quality.

- Perform in line and finished good inspections as well as testing on glove products to ensure acceptable quality in areas such as material grade, tensile strength and leakage.

- Solve the clients’ complaint and typical quality issue.

- Seek for the cost saving opportunity.

- Work with suppliers and the sourcing team on the development, selection, and specification details for raw materials such as nitrile and PVC etc 

- Ensure suppliers are clear on all our standards, processes and procedures as related to continence products. 

- Analyze and prepare technical reports

 - Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills. (must be fluently bilingual in Mandarin and English)

- Excellent data analysis skill.

- Strong communication skill with China, US and oversea’ team members and suppliers.

- Independently problem solving skill, and organizational skills, strong project management skill.

- Have PVC/Nitrile glove product knowledge is preferable.

- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Material Science or equivalent education

- 3+ years of experience on process control and quality control is required

- Proficiency of PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Email 

- It’s preferable if candidate is familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 and QS9000 etc.

- Able to travel frequently
