Responsibilties:

1. PRODUCT PLANNING AND ALLOCATION:

- Sales and inventory analysis by SKU

- Range planning by channel

- Allocation and replenishment of products / stock

- Identify trends and new product category opportunities

- Assortment planning from plan the order to delist

- Manage and forecast sales, margin, markdown, Inventory

- Identify trends and liaise with retail stores to develop allocation strategies and replenishment opportunities 

- Works with logistic team on store capacity management, delivery planning 

- Conducts products and markets analysis on current trends and competitors’ action

 2. MERCHANDISING

- Design, develop and Improve analysis and reporting tools for merchandise reporting 

- Create differentiated product assortment strategy by category, season, store type, distribution channel, in view of trends and financial objectives (both sales and profit)  

- Develop merchandising strategy from merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, buying, pricing, in season management to inventory liquidation with brand integrity in mind 

-Global strategic merchandise alignment - manage the implementation of global merchandise strategies and design vision with regional relevance 

- Lead the development and implementation of Cross functional relationships to facilitate merchandise strategies 

Requirments:

- Minimum +5 years experience in Product Planning and Merchandising with proven record of success in marketing or sales function as a merchandising manager/product manager at multi-national retail company 

- Fluent product data management and analytical knowledge and expertise in consumer product sector

- Solid understanding of consumer and customer’s behavior

- Excellent knowledge of market & consumer trend as well as competitive products

- Bachelor degree on business administration, statistics, mathematics, economics is preferred
