MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB 

Act as the window person from 3AC to handle daily communications about the drawings and BOM of core material kits, to be the bridge between customers and kitting partners, make sure the good quality of kits with maximum material utilization rate.

? Take the lead of daily communications about kits of core materials, keep kitting partners in control from technical side.

? Take the lead of BOM checking & improving, try to decrease material waste to the minimum level. 

? Communicate with customers to understand their requirements on kits of core materials. 

? Transfer blade drawings from customers into kits drawings of core materials. 

? Coordinate with kitting partners to provide field services.

? Take lead to solve customer claims about kits by coordination with different parties.

? Maintain the related database of kits drawings and related records.

? Other technical service issues.  

? Being the bridge between the external customers, kitting partners and internal colleagues to ensure kits delivery with high quality and reasonable BOM. 

? Make sure the maximum material utilization rate in a reasonable way. 

? Make sure the kits will well fit the molds of customers.

? Work out kits drawing timely after receiving blade drawings from customers.

? Dispatch service engineers from kitting partners to visit customers for field services, such as mold size measuring, trial layup of kits.

? Calm down customers by effective way, improve customer satisfaction.

? Make sure all the kits drawings under using are effective versions with clear records.

? Support other colleagues of technical service with good sense of team working.
