美国汽车塑料紧固件公司新招CQE, 针对日系整车厂。

工作职责：

1. Keep good communicate with  customers, ensure any customer quality concerns can be clarified  clearly and timely to support effective containment actions when  necessary and internal analysis to define root cause and actions if  needed;

? Organize the containments within 24H(D3) for customer  complaint, protect customers' production line and stop to produce  non-confirming parts; 

? Hold internal meeting or conference call for  investigation to determine the root cause of defect from customers  complaint, make recommendations for corrective actions and system  actions; 

? Work out lessons learned for transverse expansion to  cover the similar processes or products to avoid the same problem  happened again.

? Represent customers' requirements to cooperate with  XXX Shanghai, or XXX GmbH plant internal for Implementation and/or  feedback to customers;

? Visit customers when necessary. Acts as  liaison to internal XXX and external customers to learn the real quality  status on customers' production lines and take the leadership to push  internal continuous improvement;

? Monitor XXX's performance rating in customers' system, quick response and recover if any deviation for XXX performance target.

?  Monthly analyze official customer complaints and all concerns by used  80/20 principle and focus on important sections to conduct to work out  the system actions to push continual improvement; 

? Regularly  collect customers' feedback, sum-up customer response and effectiveness  of actions for containment, correct and control to improve customers'  satisfaction;

? Support IATF16949 quality system maintain activities,  such as internal system audit, process audit, product audit and quality  objectives tracking etc.

? Understand product application  requirements from customer side deeply, to conduct line controller to  judge product OK/NG and clarify key control points for internal quality  control.
