Roles and Responsibilities:

Operational: 

Manage customer orders from inquiry to delivery to make sure customer orders are completed on time and in full quantity

Manage SAP exceptions during sales order lifetime, taking lead to work on solutions when problems occur.

Work as first responder to customer complaints through active participation in problem solving.

Working as bridge between supply chain team and local 3rd party vendors (warehouse, carrier, agents) to solve ad-hoc issues.

Projects:

Develop a strong working relationship with customers and understand the customer’s unmet needs;

Continuously drive improvements on end to end process, eliminate waste based on innovation.
