CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Implicated  the digital SCM planning in Asia

Consolidate the centralized  planning  process in east china and further implicated to Asia

Act as the SCM consulter to support the critical or weak sites (Sample as to support Malaysia)

Support the APAC report and keep on tracking the performance 

Support MIKE II project

Support to further implicated Wave2 /Wave 3 in Asia from SCM business side, keep as continues  improvement inspiration 

Coach and train supply chain planning team to improve people's professional skill

P&M BU manager 

Act as the business partner to support the growth of the business  

Drive business digital transformation for supply chain planning followed as end to end methodology, including demand planning, supply planning/RCCP, factory daily curing schedule, inventory visibility, sell-in, sell-on and sell-out etc. Coach and train supply chain planning team to improve people's professional skill

EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: 

ERP SAP, Oracle, JDA experience is MUST

More than 10 years planning experience is MUST including demand planning, supply planning, replenishment planning, RCCP, daily scheduling, inventory optimization and inventory management, S&OP process management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

At least Bachelor’s degree, supply chain background is MUST

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1、 Result oriented. Logical thinking. Process driven.
