Process Engineer 工艺工程师

工作地点：上海奉贤，有班车提供

要求：

1. 英语熟练 （会参与Concall，和国外总部交流）

2. 精细化工行业背景

3. 至少3年以上的工艺工作背景，对于工艺改进有经验和心得

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the start-up of the new facility by supporting the installation and start teams assigned to the facility

2. Responsible for the creation and implementation of procedures and specifications used in the production of Radcure ,PCR, WB resin…. industry

3. Working out and optimizing detailed process conditions according to production plan. Maintaining and updating all process parameters, Monitor the process and implement improvement projects that are aimed at improving throughput and quality.

4. Assists in the supervision of the manufacturing personnel. Ensuring on line produced products fulfilling quality standards of company and satisfying customer’s requirements, reporting any areas of quality concern to Plant Manager

5. Coordinating maintenance activities with Maintenance / Engineering Dept. Initiating and comprehensively supporting new engineering projects, modifications and improvements in production lines.

6. Continuously improving production process and facilities to meet EHS requirements, enhance productivity and reduce production cost.

7. Coordinating and optimizing production activities regarding process conditions, product quality, production cost and troubleshooting in operation, according to production plan.

8. Providing constant training to all of production employees to improve technical knowledge and EHS activity, monthly review training result.

9. Use analytical and innovative means to resolve difficult and complex process problems.

10.Organizes data for process flow sheets including instrumentation and control considerations

11.Commit to developing and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Master Degree is preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience related with electrical maintenance in chemical industry or petrochemical industry.
