行政助理／行政文员

1.负责公司公文、信件、邮件、报刊杂志的分送及快递、传真件的收发工作（每天签收各类信件、货品，需要付费邮件的，索取发票并整理好底单）
2. 接听、转接总机电话，处理日常行政接待，酒店、机票、火车票等的预定事务。
3.负责管理、维护办公设备器材，及时补充办公耗材。（如：检查复印机、饮水机、碎纸机、打印机等办公器材的运作正常。补充用纸等。）
4.监督办公室清洁。确保提供同事一个整洁的工作环境。协助布置办公室装饰，维护及完善美化
5.接待客户来访，安排会谈会议。
6.办公室文具购买。
7.办公室用品的登机、管理与发放。
8.协助其他部门同事开展工作。
9.协助公司组织团体活动。
10.遇到突发情况，协助维持办公秩序，如需要联系物业，协助通知物业。
11.做好现金日记账，整理好发票，每周报销一次备用金。

Qualification
1)女性
2)中专以上学历，对办公软件操作熟练。
3)有1年以上人事、行政工作经验。能够用简单英文进行沟通
4）性格开朗、诚实、为人稳重，平易近人。
5）工作认真细致，责任心强有良好的沟通能力和团体合作精神。
