• Elaborate yearly sales growth plan in agreement with superior
• Define sales targets for all reports
• Define and develop effective sales channels
• Analyze monthly results and initiate corrective actions
• Execute quarterly planning review to forward to sales organization
• Carry out monitoring of sales performance (sales calls, reporting, service / selling ratio, etc.)
• Carry out monitoring of operating expenses

Sales / Leadership

• Lead and coach employees (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback, etc.)
• Responsible with the team for retaining, growing and gaining business on customer level
• Responsible with the team for the professional processing of customer leads within 5 working days, such as establishing quotations for customers, contract preparation, etc.
• Responsible with his team for the processing of the renewal of customer contracts 6 months in advance before expiration
