ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:主要职责:

1.减少门店损失 / 调查 Contribute to shortage reduction/ Investigations 55%

·Work with store personnel to identify inventory shortage opportunities and recommend solutions.与门店团队一起辨别库存损失，机会点和建言献策。

·Audit compliance to physical security standards ( EAS, leather locks, doors, etc. )合规审计 ( EAS,皮装扣，门锁等)

·Identify employee theft and assist with internal investigations at the direction of LPM, LPS, DLPM, and or RLPM.辨别员工偷盗情况，由LPM,LPS,DLPM或RLPM指导下进行内部调查。

·Recover assets and / or make safe apprehensions following company apprehension policies.恢复资产/或确保拘捕符合公司的流程。

·Audit compliance to company operational procedures. 根据公司运营流程的合规审计。

2.培训和发展 Training and Development 30%

·Participate in storewide and individual sales associate meetings; deliver training and awareness initiatives on a regular basis.参加门店范围和店员会议。

·Ensure Loss Prevention Awareness Center is current and up to date.确保防损信息板时常更新。

·Create and maintain awareness by promoting available resources (Code of Business Hotline, LP awareness center, etc.)根据现有的资源来建立和维护防损信息板（商业行为准则，防损信息板等）

·Participate in the on boarding process of new hires.参与入职培训

3.运营/安全 Operations/ Safety 15%

·Maintain in store complete case paperwork, and ensure completion in a timely manner.维护门店案例的书面工作，并确保及时完成。

·Work with management on ensuring operational compliance.与管理团队一起确保运营合规。

·Parnter with management to ensure safe work environment.与管理团队一同确保工作环境的安全。

·Train and audit compliance to store safety standards (Code Adam, emergency exits, evacuation procedure, etc.) 根据门店安全标准，进行合规的培训和审计 (Code Adam, 紧急出口, 撤离流程等)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 需要的资历:

1)Knowledge, skills & abilities:资历, 技能 & 能力:

·Excellent communication, written and verbal.良好的口头和书面沟通能力。

·Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff and management.能与所有阶层店员和领导进行沟通。

·Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on the company apprehensions guidelines.能评估形势，根据公司政策进行相关操作。

·General operating knowledge of retail CCTV systems.零售行业常规CCTV使用知识。

2) Minimum educational level:最低学历:

·High School diploma or equivalent.高中或相同学历

3) Minimum experience:最少工作经验:

·2 - 3 years or retail Loss Prevention experience.2-3年零售防损经验

·State certification required, where applicable如适用的话，需要国家颁布的相关认证证书。

4)Physical Requirements:身体要求:

·Ability to work nights and weekends appropriately to retail business needs.为满足业务需要，可以晚上和周末上班。

·Must be able to stand / walk sales floor for 8 hours at a time必须在卖场站立/走动8小时。

·Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs.必须有能力提起20磅重量的物品。

·Regular time and attendance is an essential function of the job.准时出勤为此项工作的基础。
