Business Context and Main Responsibilities
Hair product development is an important aspect of research within the Shanghai discover laboratory. We require to boost our expertise in the area of hair products and there development. We are looking for an individual who understands hair product formulation and the design of hair products, as well as how to thourgly test and assess new hair products and actives. It will be necessary to study the mode of action and establish proof of principle for any new technologies developed in collaboration with other members of the discover team. We are looking for an experienced scientist who has a strong background in hair care products. Experience of transfering products from small laboratory scale to pilot scale and beyond would be beneficial. Experience of interacting with hair stylists and consumer scientists to asess the benefits of products will also be an advantage

Job Requirements:
1. Masters or Ph.D Chemistry or other related physical science.
2. Candidate with experience in hair care technologies and products.
3. Candidate with experience formulation and application testing of hair products.
4. Responsible and cooperative, self-motivated, willing to face challenge, reliable.
5. Fluent spoken and written English
6. Creative thinking and open mind.
7. Good Communication skills.
