岗位职责：

1、设计完善的用户分层激励体系，挖掘并维护站内核心用户，个性化、精细化运营；

2、围绕着产品策略，策划及输出各类用户活动，为效果负责；

3、精细化社群运营，招募及维护核心用户，各种社群类活动的策划和执行；

4、关注用户反馈，定期配合各产品完成用户调研，研究用户心理及行为并产出结果，为不断优化公司产品提供更多思考及建议。

5，支持地区用户运营的策略和活动落地；

任职要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，熟悉Z时代人群用户运营工作经验者优先；

2、对用户激励体系、用户分层及数据分析有成熟理解，且执行力强；

3、熟悉海外各类社交平台等传播活动运营经验，有科技、数码行业经验优先；

4、强烈的用户洞察思维，数据高敏感，领导力，结果导向；

5、思维活跃，组织及创新能力强，执行能力强擅长跨部门沟通及资源整合；

5、熟悉海外市场及用户，有海外留学、生活经验的优先；

6、精通英文听说读写，可作为工作语言。

User operation 

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Design and polish user level & incentive system, excavate and maintain core users in the community, and operate in a personalized and refined manner.

 2. Focus on product strategy, plan and output various user activities, and be responsible for the effect.

 3. Responsible for community operations, recruiting and maintaining core users, planning and execution of various community activities.

 4. Sensitive to user feedback, regularly complete user surveys with various products; study and give reports on user psychology & behavior, thinking and providing suggestions for continuous optimization of the company's products.

 5. Support the implementation of strategies and activities for regional user operations.

 

Job requirements:

 1. Bachelor degree and above, familiar with Generation Z user operation experience is preferred.

 2. Have a deep understanding and efficient executive ability in data analysis, user level & incentive system.

 3. Familiar with operations and communication activity of foreign social media, with technology, digital industry experience is preferred.

 4. Strong in user insight thinking, sensitive to data, have leadership ability, result-oriented.

 5. Active mind, proficient in organization and innovation, good at inter-departmental communication and resource integration.

 6. Familiar with overseas markets and users, with foreign study and life experience is preferred.

 7. Proficient in English, use it as working language.
