职位描述
Major Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place in all the entities to meet SOX requirements
- Ensure implementation of corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Carry out periodic internal control and compliance testing in all entities.
- Identify the best practices in the region and implement in the other entities
- Act as subject matter expert for internal control and corporate policies and procedures
- Provide technical training to both the finance and operating teams regarding Corporate policies/procedures and update on Local GAAP & US GAAP
- Support financial team in all entities of China
Required Skills and Education
1. Education level required (qualifications and disciplines)
- Bachelor Degree with major in finance or related fields
- CPA
2. Experience
Essential:
- 3 years' above experience in one of the Big4 CPA firms, and/or
- Related experience in US MNC
Highly desirable:
- Experience in implementing internal control or SOX auditing
- Experience in a manufacturing industry with responsibility for implementing SOX
- Sound technical skills (e.g. finance & accounting, costing, tax)
3. Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors
Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of PRC GAAP
- Sound knowledge of US GAAP
- SOX framework
Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Good presentation skill and power to influence others
- Good language skills both English and Mandarin
- Must be adept in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet and email
