POSITION SUMMARY:

Serves as a lead metalworking fluids sales professional in the business development of metalworking market with Master Fluid Solutions’ Distributors, Global Corporate Account customers. This individual will assume responsibility for providing technical sales support for the Corporation’s products and services, for developing business plans, marketing analyses, and growing profitable sales revenue. The District Sales Manager shares responsibility for execution of the China business development strategic plan, technical assistance, business climate reviews, staff management reporting, and analysis.

The Manager drives the sales activities of Company Fluid Solutions in their respective geographic areas and effectively communicates with Customers, Service Engineers, Distributors, Corporate Headquarters, and International Field Personnel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree and five or more years’ expectation in sales in the technical and metal working area.

2. Knowledge of Metalworking Fluids/Chemical industrial.

3. Proactive, energetic and have high potential to win the business.

1. Manages sales operations for Company Chemical’s products(including cost, profit, goals, and growth factors) in a manner most beneficial to overall corporate objectives

4. Increases sales through effective marketing, sales, and service of the Corporation’s products and proper management of distributor activities
