We are specifically looking for candidates with:

    

- Electrical goods expertise

    

- Consumer electronics expertise

    

- Home automation expertise (desirable but not essential)

    

- Strong verbal and written English language skills.

    

- Working experience as Merchandisers will be a favor.

    

The role will support our Australian and International business operations through:

    

1. Sourcing new vendors and new products for technology and electrical products including attending tradeshows.

    

2. Fulfilling customer project and product requirements for major international retailers.

    

3. Ensuring that products meet detailed specifications, costs and time lines for delivery.

    

4. Negotiating and managing existing vendors to improve product quality, pricing, trading terms, compliance requirements, minimum order quantities, product delivery timelines and packaging requirements.

    

5. Visiting factories to ensure project and product requirements meet acceptable standards.

    

6. Communicating proactively and effectively with international partners on project status and requirements.

    

7. Travel will be required.
