CHINA IT HR recruitment officer - Future HR manager

Report to: CHINA IT HR Manager
Location: Shanghai

> Responsibility

- Assist IT managers to create team recruitment planning and build up CHINA IT team human planning based on business needs.
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels
- Review CVs, realize phone interview and propose candidate to IT manger for face-to-face interview
- Organize face-to-face interviews and take charge of interview feedback
- Manage employee information board
- Be responsible for HR administrative process (new comer integration, SHANGHAI HUKOU application, etc)


> Your profile

- Bachelor degree(or above) with 2+ year experiences on IT industry
- 1+ years experience in HR function, including Staffing, Recruiting or Headhunting
- Speak/read/write absolutely English
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Able to effectiviely prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- French is a plus
- Love sports, passionate, curious and generous
