Job description
· Timely manage the execution of FRM engagements to ensure quality service is delivered
· Develop and maintain client relationships, maximize business opportunity
· Supporting project planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting
· Lead and supervise a team of 2 to 3 professional staff and be responsible for their training and development.
· Play a key role in the business development across regions
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in IRB credit risk, PD, LGD and EAD models, Basel II/III. RWA methodology; Model development; Credit portfolio/data/limit management
English: Fluent
Preferred
Master's Degree
At least 5 years experience in IRB credit risk, PD, LGD and EAD models, Basel II/III. RWA methodology; Model development; Credit portfolio/data/limit management
Additional information
Qualifications required for assistant managers
· Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting/Financial and Actuarial Engineering/Business Mathematics or any other business related discipline.
· At least 5 years experience in professional services advisory, management consultancy, international banking, insurance or a blue chip industry company with demonstrable experience .
· Have in depth knowledge of: Financial Risk Management/Business process analysis/Basel II,III related/Risk control processes
· Strong analytical and problem solving
