Responsibilities:

This position should communicate and cooperate across the function for new project introduction as a window between internal NPI Engineering team and U.S. R&D team. This position should plan, monitor and conduct for new project localization.

- Coordinate the new product introduction activity between US corporation cross teams (NPI, PKG, Test) and factory NPI department.

- Manage the PLC (product life cycle) qualification to support the new technology product transition.
- Lead the schedule control and punctual delivery for custom sample.
- Negotiate and closely follow the qual build status and instant feedback to US NPI team.
- Hold regular conference meeting with US team regarding the qual build status, priority assessment and shipment commitment.
- Support design of experiment to conduct the evaluation of multi-ply test &PKG&NAND version change purpose.
- Collect the non-production build category information and consult IE on capacity allocation activity.

BASIC / KEY Qualifications:

Bachelor degree with Engineering related majors.
2 years related experience on NPI project management scope in IC assembly & test field.
Be familiar with memory product (Flash is preferred)
