Metal Manager

Job description

- Be responsible for workshop safety operation (负责车间的安全生产）

- To work with PMC to define the production planning and implement the production in the area under his responsibility to meet the delivery requirement (与PMC共同制定其管辖范围内的生产计划并付诸实施以达生产交期)

- To review with Shift Leader &Technician on the daily production output VS production plan, take relative actions on the non-conformity status. (和领班及技术员一起分析每天的生产实际和计划, 并针对异常采取相应的行动)

-Timely communicate with relative Dept to make sure the component quality and delivery is controlled and relative improvement action is taken. (定期及时和相关部门沟通, 确保零品质和交期良好,并有相应改善行动)

- On site manage the workshop daily activity to make sure the component quality is under control. (现场管理车间, 确保零件产品品质是在受控范围)

- On site manage the workshop daily activity to make sure material flow is optimized. (现场管理车间, 确保零件产品物流顺畅)

- On site manage the workshop daily activity to make sure 6S is under good condition. (现场管理车间, 确保车间6S处于良好状态)

- Organize, lead quality/efficiency/cost down project/year in workshop. (每年组织效率/或品质或成本改善项目小组)

- To lead the team to assure workshop KBC can beat the target, such as OEE, Scrap, Expense, ideas suggestion and IP2.(领导整个团队以确保车间生产指标如机器效率,报废, 费用支出,员工建议和人员效率能达成目标)

- Give or assign training to the team to keep high competance. (组织相应的培训工作, 提升团队人员的工作能力)

Requirement for the recruitment

1.Strong at workshop on site management (擅长车间现场管理)

2.Well understanding of high speed progress stamping tool and stamping process operation/ Well understanding of SPC concept/ Basic knowledge about ISO9000 and ISO14000 (熟练掌握高速连续五金冲压模具和冲压生产制程及基本的SPC品质管控能力,了解ISO9000&ISO14000)

3.Good oral and written English

4.At lease 5 years in Stamping Workshop management experience(五年车间生产管理经验)
