职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Provide day-to-day customer support to existing clients, such as:
- Taking calls/answering questions
- Helping users complete transactions (while understanding their specific buyer - seller relationship requirements)
- Monitoring transactions and reaching out to customers proactively to assist with completion of tasks
2.Administer training to clients on various functions within the system.
3.Communicates with various departments within company and our partners to ensure an integrated approach to a client relationship

Qualifications / Experience:
1.Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years working experience
2.Strong Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry
3.Strong communication skills a must, and multilingual in the following languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluency in other Asian languages will be an added advantage.
4.Detail oriented, a desire to solve problems, analytical
5.Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline / time sensitive environment
6.Ability to work independently
