职位描述
Job Summary:
In this role you will mainly focus on plant raw material release testing and support on test method transfer. You will responsible for lab equipment qualifications, trainings, investigations, maintenance and calibration to comply the cGMP always.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for all routine & non-routine raw material in-coming and requalification testing, and be trained in other in-process and final release of material and products in chemical lab and keep compliance.
? Be responsible for all non-routine analyses requested by production, process departments and customers in chemical lab.
? Be responsible for equipment qualifications, maintenance in chemical lab.
? Lead method transfer and routine RM testing.
? Maintain and improve quality systems in the chemical laboratory---OOS, deviations, investigations, change controls, documentation and others.
? Be responsible for maintaining the chemical laboratory facilities, instrumentations, chemicals inventory for proper functioning of the laboratory, while maintaining quality budget and safety expectations.
? Write and edit SOI of lab per requirement.
? Test, record and release of incoming and requalification material per requirement.
? Be responsible for retention samples according to requirement.
? Be responsible for training new joiners.
? To comply the cGMP always.
? Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
? With college / bachelor’s degree majored in chemical or relevant education background.
? With at least 4 years of working experience in Quality department as QC or lab testing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Good communication skill, with team work spirit.
? Good computer skill.
? Good English reading and writing skill, good spoken and listening skill is benefit.
? Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
? Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
? Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
