岗位职责： 

1. 负责公司自有彩妆品牌的视觉升级及设计执行； 

2. 负责公司各渠道整体风格的设计构思和重要页面的设计； 

3. 促进设计师团队整体设计水平和审美的提升。 

 

任职要求： 

1. 大专以上学历，美术设计广告等相关专业毕业，广告平面设计或电商 KA 品牌店铺设计经验 3 年以上； 

2. 具备良好的视觉审美能力、创意策略和概念的理解能力，工作严谨负责； 

3. 精通 PS、AI、CDR 等平面设计软件； 

4. 富有分享精神和沟通技巧，较强责任心和团队协调能力，能承受较强的工作压力； 

5、有知名广告公司或者品牌方视觉工作经验优先考虑
