职位描述
职责描述：
1.Reach the tasks listed in “Performance Appraisal and KPI Setting” form。
2. Close cooperation with Purchasing in Feucht in view to purchasing strategy, materials group management and supplier selection procedure
3. Supplier visits and audits, market monitoring
4. Determination of requirements
5. Clarify technical specifications
6. Place requests for information (RFI?s) and requests for quotations (RFQ?s)
7. Carry out quotes comparisons under commercial, logistical and technical aspects
8. Conduct negotiations (price, terms and conditions, delivery time, agreed quality etc.)
9. Coordinate logistical details (mode of shipment, define harbour etc.)
10. Place orders and check order confirmations
11. Monitoring of delivery dates
12. Support for incoming goods inspections
13. Clarification of quantity variances
14. Claim processing
Expected years of experience ：More than 8-year experience in related area.
Educational Qualifications ： University degree or above
Fluent English and Chinese spoken
Good computer- and software-skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SAP/R3)
Other Special Requirements: Willingness to travel
