Job Description

Report to the Head of Retail, the incumbent’s main objective is to execute 6IXTY8IGHT’s Store Development strategies. The job holder is responsible for the store projects and coordinates with different parties to ensure the design, material, safety, timeline, etc. are accordingly to the needs of store operations. The role is based at the regional office in Guangzhou.

Key accountabilities of the position

Responsible for new store projects, refurbishment and maintenance of existing stores

Coordinate with designer/store planner, contractors and landlords to handle the pre-opening activities for retails stores

Handle contractor evaluation, site inspection, measurement…etc.

Tender for project as well as cost follow up

Liaise with relevant parties to ensure compliance in building regulations, fire safety, security, etc.

Attend project meetings, collaborate with relevant parties to monitor the project progress

Carry out final inspection and hand over stores to end user (operations team)

Coordinate and follow up store maintenance work

Cooperate with all functions in the regional team

Key requirements for the position

Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years’ experience in store renovation management

Strong experience from tendering to fitting out project with good knowledge on cost and time management

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, Independent, self-motivated and result oriented

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

Fast pace and high integrity

Proficient in MS Office Application and graphic design tools

Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

Less experience will be considered as Project Supervisor
