Work Task：

1)Daily update online government hazard inspection system;

2)Daily Inspection on Labs;

3)AED and BBP Kit check and record;

4)Gemba with HSE supervisor and coordinators; Prepare Gemba Report and input findings into the rail record;

5)Track and update status of corrective actions for Gmeba findings, maintain HSE rail ;

6)Prepare Weekly Topic draft;

7)Cooperate with HSE relevant audit;

8)Verify the HSE records of each BU;

9)Prepare annual OH and environment monitor;

10)Prepare annual OH post employee medical check;

11)Hazard waste and electricity waste disposal.(contract, register, transfer , communication);

12)LOTO equipment list review and update;

13)Contractor safety management;

14)Prepare HSE awareness month activity together with supervisor;

15)Participate in government safety meeting;

16)Support MST Utilization and level 1 procedure renew;

17)Support ERP renew and 3rd level safety standardization renew;

18)Collect and enter monthly energy data and headcount data;

19)Update HSE Calendar and Update HSE board;

20)Follow and update HSE training plan and communication plan;

21)Participate in incident investigation;

22)Responsible for IH and environment relevant elements management;

23)Assist HSE supervisor with other activities.

Job Requirements：

1）Majored in Environmental Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering;

2）Education background should be bachelor or master;

3）Work experience in HSE management is better.
