要求：

2. 汽配行业采购经验，发动机铸件、锻件、C-part. 发动机部件，涡轮增加器等

3. 接受高频率出差

具体产品如下：

1. 发动机铸件和锻件 - 曲轴箱、气缸和锻件、曲轴、凸轮轴和连杆

2. 发动机铸件和锻件 - 活塞、飞轮、阀组、齿轮和其他铸造或锻造发动机部件,

3.发动机C部件供应商 - 阀系部件、紧固件、塑料件、管道、补偿装置和转动部件

4. 涡轮增压器、启动机、发电机、冷却器、压缩机、钢板、张紧器、皮带、减震器

5. 发动机部件 - 燃油喷射系统、ECU (Electronic Control Unit 电子控制单元)、排气后处理系统、泵、线束、传感器和过滤器

Job Summary:

Responsible for development of potential engine castings & forgings suppliers for Company within the Chinese market. Design and execute strategies and plans to meet Company short-term and long-term supply demand. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers. Conduct market analyses and assist with the evaluation of potential supply chain partners. Scope, plan, and prioritize multiple projects.

Essential Functions:

? Development and further implementation of potential Chinese engine castings & forgings suppliers for pistons, flywheels, manifolds, gears and other casted or forged engine components synchronized with Company Glboal series purchasing strategy.

? Makes sure that assigned localization projects are kept in line ref. timing, pricing Company and quality expectation.

? Issues RfQ, manages price negotiations and cost comparisons till presentation in Company Sourcing Board based on internal regulations.

? Clarifying of technical issues between Company Engineering and suppliers.

? Initiates benchmarks in close alignment with R&D, Quality and Series Purchasing of Company Global.

? Support of Ramp-Up Management from first prototype samples, ISIR samples, PPAP approval until first series batches.

? Work in interdisciplinary & international teams

? Coordination, monitoring and reporting of ongoing projects

? Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience/Training/Education:

? Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with highly technical knowledge

? Engineering background of Diesel engine industry is preferred

? Experience in Power Train and/or Automotive Industry

? Working experience minimum 5 years in sourcing function

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

? Highly developed technical and negotiation skills

? Knowledge in manufacturing and production processes of crankcases, cylinder heads, crankshafts, camshafts & conrods

? Good MS-Office and SAP R/3 knowledge

? Analytical and structured mind, target orientated, proactive and independent working attitude

? Self motivated with ability to work in an international and intercultural team

? Chinese & English (mandatory); German preferred.
