Sales for Construction Engineering Consultancy
Location - Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients, with focus on Building & Facilities business in construction market;

2. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;

3. Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;

4. Promote BV image by participating to seminar, presentations…

5. Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field;

6. Collect market intelligence and conduct market study

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering/ Construction/ Marketing related, preferred

2. At least 3 years'work experience as Sales in MNC environment

3. Good communication and presentation skill

4. Solid/ proven ability in business development

5. Experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in building industry is preferred
