Responsibilities：
- Business applications support for the Sales and Marketing systems
- Application development for both web front end operation as well as back office tools
- Business Analysis and Project Management for regional projects
- Regional IT representative for global projects execution
- System rollout and end user training
- Documentation of process and system flows for the related applications
- Management of system performance and health
- Issue tracking and resolution together with other IT teams
- Support of eCommerce operation
