职位描述
应用工程师从技术上分为：模拟和数字两类
-在正式上岗前将参加为期12个月的轮岗培训项目，包含课堂培训和岗位实战专业培训；
-在特定产品上构建专业知识，来支持定义和发布新产品，同时支持客户项目的开发。
应用工程师主要职责
-在新产品开发过程中，提供技术支持，对开发过程中的器件进行完整地测试，找出设计缺陷；
-对于技术销售和技术应用工程师传递过来的客户问题进行支持，协助销售及应用团队以确保客户项目顺利进
行；
-总结和提炼产品的应用方法，并发表应用手册以及参考设计，优化产品在市场上的推广。
