Duties & Responsibilities :
1、Monitor the daily production running of HBHF team. The duties of HBHF team include test assignment, sample preparation&testing, data consolidation and technical file review
2、Manage the recruitment, training and working arrangement of HBHF team staff
3、Monitor team staffs' performance and provide annual evaluation for them
4、Work closely with business people to support their requirement, and work closely with other internal department to make product run smoothly
5、Trouble shooting and problem solving for HBHF team
6、Sign daily HBHF report
7、Lead the whole team working together to move forward
8、Provide technical support to internal and external customers

Skills & Requirements :
1、Qualification of middle-class engineer in food testing area(MUST)
2、Able to communicate with people of all walks
3、Strong technical background of food testings, including standards, instruments, regulations and etc(BETTER)
4、Good at spoken and written English

Education & Experience :
1、A bachelor's degree or above in food, biochemical or analytical chemistry sciences
2、A thorough knowledge in food testings
3、At least 5 year relevant food testing laboratory experience with a minimum of 2 years in managerial level
4、Experience in relevant quality and technical standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus

OUR BENEFITS:
1. Working 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, overtime pay will be counted legally.
2. Social insurance will be paid by company right in the join-in month, and an extra business insurance will be bought by company after probation (generally 3 months).
3. Double paid at end of the year, bonus excluded.
4. 10 days annual leave in the first year of employment without any salary deduction, 12 days in the second year and 15 days in the third year.
5. 12 days sick leave with salary every year.
