职位说明：

-确保RDC各项运作KPI达标，达成部门内的各项工作目标

-持续改善RDC运作质量和效率

-监督3PL按照亿滋的规范和要求进行操作，指导和协助3PL持续改善运作水平

-推动团队建设，提高员工的工作技能和业绩表现

-与公司内部各职能部门保持良好的沟通，及时处理相关问题

任职要求：

-5年以上物流管理相关工作经验

-熟悉仓库和运输操作流程

-熟练使用仓储及运输管理支持系统

-能够合理，有效地处理突发事件

-具有良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力

职责描述：

1. Warehouse daily operations management 

- Keep the system book inventory consistency with warehouse.

- Check of the physical inventory and book inventory . 

- Inventory management of the normal products/damaged goods , inventory analysis, reservoir capacity allocation 

- Coordinate with the warehouse and carriers to optimize warehouse operation efficiency. - KPI evaluation on warehouse daily operation 

2. 3PL Management

- Supervise 3PL daily operations to improve their service level.

- KPI assessment of 3PL 

- Guide 3PL to deal with the urgent or special issue.

3. Stock inventory management

- System physical inventory checks with warehouse, analysis the inventory differences.

- Inventory data maintain in system, generate inventory reports to the Finance team.

- Improve and enhance the inventory accuracy.

4. Logistics cost management

- Check and analyze warehousing & transportation costs

- Co-operate with 3PL to reduce cost

任职要求：

- Bachelor degree, Major in Science or Logistics / Supply Chain or Business/Finance

- Over 5 years logistics management experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry

- Familiar with the warehouse & transportation operation processes

- Familiar with the system, combined with support systems to enhance warehouse & transportation management

- The handling of the abnormal event is reasonable, efficient and timely

- With good communication skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

- Pre-judgment of the occurrence of abnormal conditions

- Preferably with 6Sigma or project management knowledge background
