Senior Marketing Manager 高级市场经理-耐消

工作内容：负责Overall的市场模块，侧重于产品管理规划的工作内容

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

-  Be responsible for China marketing strategy, planning, budget control and

implementation

-  Be responsible for brand strategy, VI standard and marketing communications

strategy and guideline

-  Be responsible for brand awareness improvement through digital marketing, social

media, traditional media channel

-  Be responsible for key China exhibition plan, scheduling, implementation and results

evaluations including booth design, facility, transportation, service providing etc.

-  Be responsible for vendor management to ensure quality and money for value

-  Be responsible for trade marketing including marketing campaign, success story for

potential opportunity penetration, VI management, distributor promotion plan,

implementation, performance evaluation, display demonstration standardization and

implementation, promoter training arrangement, news release etc.

-  Be responsible for China marketing materials, website, social media update to

enhance premium brand awareness exposure

-  Be responsible for China end users and distributor database consolidation and

development including completed combination of website, seminars, exhibitions,

workshop etc.

-  Manage China product planning initiatives and calendar to best support business

growth, to assure maximum return in investment and to build a distinctive edge over

competitors

-  Identify customer-oriented demand and desired outcomes and provide this input to

R&D Team to identify compatible technologies

-  Communicating with R&D team to interpret core competency into public

communication approach

TEAM WORK

-  Be responsible for supporting sales team to achieve sales growth

-  Be responsible for assisting finance for budget control & marketing materials

management

-  Work seamlessly with US and China product marketing team and R&D team for

product planning, new product, product line extension, OEM, etc.

-  Keep closely communication with USA and company marketing team

OTHER ASSIGEMENT

- Completes management or team’s assignment accurately and meets target time.

- Be flexible and prepared for various environmental changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- More than 7 years marketing communication experience, industry of building material,

sanitary, future, kitchen appliance will be preferred

- Good sense of premium branding, familiar with marketing communication tools

- Well organized, enthusiastic and results oriented, good team work

- Proven strong management experience of team, vendors

- Creative and innovating skills, detailed oriented, highly organized, deadline-focused

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work under high

pressure

- Excellent communication both in Chinese and English

- Bachelor Degree of Marketing or equivalent

- Will to travel around China and overseas
