Responsibilities

?Review key financial clauses which should be incorporated into the contracts to secure the interests and rights of GAP and meet associated requirements from tax, foreign exchange and other legislation system, flag issues to Finance Director.
?Maintain the log of contracts.
?Review all payment requisition to ensure each payment is based on genius business purpose and supported by sufficient documents.
?Review expenses report to ensure the T&E policies are followed.
?Review store petty cash usage.
?Stamp duty calculation.
?Provide exceptional report on monthly basis for improvements.
?Accounts reconciliation on monthly basis.

Requirements

?Bachelor degree and above.
?Good spoken and written English.
?Retail experience is a plus.

?6-month Temp.
