ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Prepare monthly manual journal entries in Oracle system.
? Prepare month end accruals in the GL (mock up with Forecast)
? Review the trial balance and make sure the overall reasonableness of the results
? Ensure that all Balance Sheet accounts are properly reconciled on a monthly basis with all supporting documentation.
? Provide accurate and timely monthly intercompany reconciliation report.
? Liaise with Corporate/International finance on intercompany matters that needs support.
? Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual finance closing package and deck.
? Attend queries of the corporate accounting and prepare accounts analysis

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
? Exceptional knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
? Good command of English (written and verbal). CET-6 or above.
? Finance professional systems experience preferred.
? Strong math/analytical skills.
? Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
? Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.
? Earnest, reliable, efficient and must be a team player


2) Minimum educational level:
? Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Finance or Accounting.


3) Minimum experience:
? Minimum 5 years working experience of working at in-house finance GL team.
