Duties:
1． Handle all incoming phone calls properly.

2． Greet and serve internal & external customers.
来访客户接待，欢迎牌制作
3． Assist in administration support.
会议室预定管理，传真、信件、快递的接收、发放，公司电话费用的管理。
4． Purchase & distribute stationery of the office.
公司名片印制、通讯录、文具、办公设备等管理。
5. Arrange hotel reservation/air ticket.
6. Key-entry and compile report when requested.
7. Any other tasks assigned by the manager. 主管安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
1．Associate Degree in Language; Business Management or relevant discipline.
大专学历, 外语、工商管理专业优先。
2． At least 1 year relevant experience in MNC.
至少一年以上工作经验
3． Being mature, presentable with good communication skill.
掌握一定的电话接听礼仪。
4． Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
英语口语良好，能够与外籍人士进行简单的交流。
5． Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
