Position:                         Sales Assistant

Report：                     Asia Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the collection, summary and analysis of Marketing internal data required.
2. Responsible for the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual statistical statements and reports of various sales indicators, and answered the leaders' inquiries on sales dynamics at any time.
3. Responsible for collecting, sorting and archiving market conditions, prices, new products, substitutes, customers and other information, and proposing analysis reports to provide reference for department business personnel and leaders to make decisions.
4. Responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and storage of the company's sales contracts and other marketing documents.
5. Assist the supervisor in the internal affairs of the department and the minutes of various internal meetings.
6. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

Education Background:

College degree and above

Work Experience：

2 years relation work experience (Secretary, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, etc. preferred).

Skills：

1. CET 4 and above, good at English reading and writing.
2. Good communication and coordination skills, active, meticulous, responsible and logical thinking ability.
3. Can good at using normal kinds of office equipment (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) and office software.
