职位描述

此职位将在沈阳市、济南或郑州上班

Sales   Achievement for North China (50%):北方区销售 (50%)

   Responsible to assure that sales functions are managed   uniformly through the country consistent with all distributors in the   responsible area and corporate goals and objectives   负责确保在全国范围内统一管理销售职能,并与负责地区的所有分销商以及公司目标保持一致        

  Cooperate with dealers promote sia product and win new   listing   与经销商合作推广sia产品并开发新客户         

Ensure sales target achieved    确保实现销售目标       

Daily sales supporting functions   日常销售支持       

  Coordinate customer and company for ordering, logistic,   quality issue and others   协调客户和公司的订购,物流,质量问题等 

New business development (40%):新业务发展(40%)

Win new customer in assigned area   在指定区域内开发新客户 

Introduce new product to the channel 向渠道介绍新产品 Sales management (10%):销售管理(10%)

Manages the day-to-day sales administration, Collection and   operational functions    管理日常销售,收款和运营职能 

Directs the management and development of the sales planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for Sales and Distribution 指导管理和制定销售和分销的销售计划,预测和预算流程


任职要求:
  • Bachelor degree on Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, etc
  • 营销,销售,工商管理,工程等学士学位

Experience:(经验)

  • 3 years’ experience in front sales; abrasives industry or pneumatic tool industry or hardware industry
  • /span>年的销售经验;磨料行业或气动工具行业或五金行业
