Responsible for HP Channel service delivery planning, management and implementation in China. Mainly responsible for the management of DPSP/DOP service delivery and support channel service center life-cycle operation management. Support regional service coverage is in line with territory RSM/sales service needs. Specific work includes:

1.  Responsible for the overall planning of channel partner service implementation, from the coverage to the management model to achieve the goal of industry competitiveness.  Support the sales team's countrywide service authorization needs and support service coverage in 4-6 cities across the country in line with BU/GTM strategy.

2. Support region RSM on regional service coverage expansion by quick and professional recruit process to get the new channel partner ready to deliver service.

3.  Managing channel partner service delivery on below key responsibilities:

• Channel service center lifecycle management, including site recruiting, on-going operation management, termination etc.
• Operation management: including channel partner KPI design and daily management.
• Knowledge management, including new employee training, on-the-job employee skills improvement, service process & policy training, knowledge sharing to qualify engineer tech skill and certification.
• Escalation management: Design non-technical and technical escalation process and manage the process effectiveness.
• Financial and contract management.

 4. Ensure that channel partner service delivers the results of HP required by above professional management and continuous process optimization. 

5.  SPOS service business development in channel service partner.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent.

2. More than 3 years of working experience in product service operation or management area, sound knowledge about operation details with strong business understanding.

3. Good at quality improvement methodologies & process engineering, PMP or 6 Sigma Black Belt preferred.

4. Creative and can logically simplify to solve complicated problems

5. Clear and effective communication skills

6. Ownership and leadership, open and positive attitude

7. Be willing to travel around frequently.
