职位描述
1.工业工程专业或者机械类相关专业，熟悉IE七大手法, 能对现场进行有效改善及标准化；
2.能熟练运用CAD/OFFICE等软件；
3.能推动自动化设备导入，治工具改善及流程评估；
4.了解公司运作流程，有企业流程优化经验，了解ISO 架构，有成本分析与改善能力；
5.有能力制作讲义和进行IE专业知识培训，有能力主导专案项目；
6.良好的沟通交际能力﹑分析能力，良好的英语听、说、读、 写能力(CET-4级及以上)；
7.有大中型企业IE经验者优先考虑。
