Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of Baker & Spice.

Direct the operations to meet budget and strategic business goals.

Human Resources 人力资源

Hire, train and evaluate core team members in Baker & Spice.

招聘、培训和评估Baker & Spice中的核心团队成员。

Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management employees.

为资深管理层员工设定工作情况目标，分配资源以及评估策略。

Organize recruitment and placement of required staff.

组织招聘和就业安排。

Establish organizational structures, delegate tasks and accountabilities, establish work schedules.

设定组织结构，分派工作和职责，建立工作计划。

Supervise staff and monitor and evaluate performance.

管理并监督员工，考评员工工作表现。

JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求：

With at least 10 years related working experience and 5 years in an executive level position. 10年以上相关工作经验，5年担任高级行政职位 ？

Strong communication skills and training skills

拥有很强的沟通能力和培训技巧 ？

Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills.

优异的交际能力、演讲和演示技巧 ？

Solid working knowledge and skills of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.

稳固的预算制定、销售、业务发展和战略计划知识和能力 ？

Good oral and writing Chinese and English

良好的中英文读写能力

Complete knowledge of financial accounting as well
