FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
岗位描述：

Set production objectives and？ make budget plan align with the established business objectives and corporate policies
根据建立的业务目标与公司政策，设定生产目标并制订预算计划

Be responsible for make out the？ production planning and execute the production effectively, ensure delivery on time.
负责编制生产规划及有效的执行生产以确保准时交付

Control production cost, decrease scrap？ rate and achieve quality target.
控制生产成本，减少生产废料，达成品质目标

Be responsible for？ organizing production effectively, improving productivity.
负责生产的有效组织，提高生产力

Be responsible for the safety in all？ workshops.
对所有车间的安全生产负责

Setup procedures in production department,？ improve the procedure if necessary.
设置相关生产程序，完善必要的工艺流程

Be responsible？ for recruiting and training of foremen and operator.
负责生产领班与作业员的招聘与培训

Responsible to organize the maintenance of all production equipment and manage the maintenance workshop.
负责并组织所有生产设备的维护，并对维修人员进行管理

Be responsible for？ purchasing of equipment, tools and other auxiliary productive materials needed.
负责生产设备，工具及其他生产物料所需的辅助设备的采购

To keep the employee fluctuation below the？ level, defined in the targets
控制员工波动在标准线下，定义这种目标

Set up strict？ management system and effective prompting system.
建立严格的管理系统及有效的激励机制

Do stocktaking monthly with finance dept. and logistic dept, and prepare accurate inventory movement report.
与财务部，物流部一起进行月度盘点，准备一个精确的动态存货报告

Ensure the accurate and timeliness of Group Reporting.
确保精确及时的公司报告



Knowledge and Skill Base Required for this Position:
必要的知识与基本要求：

Bachelor degree？ or above ,major in chemical, mechanic, automation or relevant engineering
化学，机械及自控或相关专业本科学历

Above 5 years related manufacturing experience,？ include at least 2 years experience with foreign company
五年以上相关生产经验，至少2年以上的外资生产管理经验

Production planning experience is plus
最好有生产计划经验

Fluent English skill
流利的英语技巧？

Good at Office？ software skil
熟练的办公软件技能

Good experience with ERP systems
良好的ERP系统经验？

Leadership and team spirit
团队精神与领导能力？

Excellent interpersonal skill
良好的人际技能
