Job Title: Printing Engineer
Location: Zhangmutou Town Of China Dongguan

Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute production strategies to achieve business objectives in terms of safety, productivity, quality and cost under the direction of the manager;
2.Create staffing plan and build a production staff and work force capable of executing and sustaining the above production strategy;
3.Manage printing and dry laminating production processes, including Safety, Quality, etc. in every production operation to insure key product quality measures and cost are achieved through controlled and predictable manufacturing systems and processes;
4.Work with Operations Manager, printing supervisor, CS team closely, responsible for new product development;
5.Apply Quality tools and approach to analytical and reporting processes within the area;
6.Create and provide training and development plan to all printing area people for individual and team growth.

Job Requirements:
1.Better theoretical basis of Printing knowledge , computer skill ,and the one can programme is prefer to ;
2.With knowledge of software Illustrate, Freehand, Fhotoshop .
3.Good leadership/interpersonal skill;
4.Earnest, initiative, and passionate/process oriented;
5.Good listening/ speaking skill is must , as he/she needs to travel abroad for business trip;
6.Bachelor or college degree, the excellent graduate will be ok either.
