职责描述

· Improving organizational effectiveness by analyzing structures and processes, studying resources and ensuring optimal utilization, the developing action plans and implement to improve these areas. · Monitoring employee relations for developing or actual trends and assists the business with addressing issues and resolving conflicts. · Planning, develops, and directs implementation of HR implications to ensure consistent delivery of compensation programs, training and development programs, and employee engagement programs. · Generate HR budgeting and forecasting regarding to business develop trend and strategy · Promote the company value and leadership culture through close collaboration with the management team · Provide HR professional consultancy to talent acquisition, retention and development program ensuring the succession planning and talent pipeline · Act as contact window and solution bridge between business head and HR SSC team · Develop and manage communications regarding organizational structure, employment-related news, and HR-related programs and policies Lead competency center of Learning and Development Asia continuous improvement of the all L&D programs in an assigned geography, · Implement regional leadership training program, promote the program, secure right nomination and well track the effectiveness. · Develops and embeds processes and systems for employee development aligning with global training acadamy structure as well as tailor regional needs on core competnecy development · Implement global and develop regional key change management programs to enhance learning culture in Asia.

理想的求职者

Ø Bachelor degree is a must. Ø More than 10+ years working experience in HR general functions, C&B experience is preferred; Ø CSR experience is preferred Ø Good command of English in both written and oral; Ø Good business writing skill in both Chinese & English; Ø Capability to manage complexities. Ø Project Management & leadership skill; Ø Digital communication skill; Ø Open-minded; Ø Proactive & Passion; Ø Creative thinking;
