Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the Logistics and Customs team, ensuring high level of team work and problem solving initiatives.
2. Select and develop qualified Logistics and Forwarding Companies who will continuously provide strong and professional international shipping solutions and freight quotations.
3. Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate import and export of electronic components, materials, process and test equipment.
4. Professionally handle the interface with Customs and other Associated Government Departments. Applying for the required Import Licenses, controlling the import/export Customs Handbook and maintaining accurate documentation within targets.
5. Responsible to coordinate related Government Offices to get latest information about policies and regulations. Responsible for the accurate implementation and execution of the necessary Customs Acts as relating to the Electronics Industry, including direct interface to the following departments: Customs, Commodity Inspection Bureau, Bureau of Foreign Trade.
6. Management of the Import and Export Tax and Customs declarations procedures to minimize logistics costs.

Requirements:

a) College Degree in International Logistics, or similar.
b) 5 years experience in related fields; customs declarations and brokerage, logistics and associated Government department interfaces.
c) Solid knowledge of Import and Export Regulations, Certificate of Customs Declaration an advantage.
d) Familiar with Customs Handbook Balancing
e) Good interpersonal skills and communication skills; loyal, honest, independent, able to work under pressure, conscientious, strong sense of responsibility. Outstanding Team player.
f) Good PC Skills, English proficiencies, both written and spoken.
