Job Responsibilities:
* Supervises the performance of all manufacturing engineers.
* Manages work schedules and budgets related to the intergration and maintenance or manufacturing equipment and systems.
* Ensures the equipment and systems adhere to safety requirements, as well as local and state industry regulations.
* Leading engineering team to work on existing equipment maintenance, repairing, optimization and new equipment development.
* Estimates labor requirements, and provides manufacturing input on new or existing product lines as needed.
* Develops department standards and procedures and is responsible for manufacturing engineering performance.
* Providing the most effective ways to use the basic factors of production -people, machines, materials, information, and energy-to make a product.
* Maintain production engineering reports to Managing director.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in technical sciences, mechanical, industrial, electrical, automation or manufacturing engineering.
* At least 5 years working experience in EMS factory, 2-3 years management working experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of manufacturing process;
* Systematic approach, target orientated;
* Team leading/team player;
* Drive for continuous improvements & efficiency improvements.
* Zero-defect attitude.
* Fluent in English (verbal & written)
