职位描述
Role Purpose / Description
- Accountable for ensuring the products & services are supported by the right solutions meet the customer needs.
- Accountable for ensuring the design of the product solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle, managing the flow of the backlog of design activities.
- Work with Ops Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc) are resolved and that any design related issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Convert requirements into actionable product/service requirements that feed Technology solutions development & influence service direction.
- Responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the solution architecture and roadmap, group standards and policies and the overall enterprise architecture for their function.
Qualifications
- Minimal 5+ years’ experience of mainframe developments with both water-Fall and Agile methodologies.
- Have experience leading and managing agile, cross function delivery teams.
- Knowledge on DevOps, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Agile control Framework.
- Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team.
- Have experience with B2B/B2C solution.
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development
- Want to be part of a world class team, working for a business with a need and appreciation for excellent software engineers
- Excellent knowledge of their technical environment and will have significant responsibility in setting the way forward in the types of technology they look after.
