职位描述
Mission:
-The mission of this position is to efficiency satisfy our customer needs to ensure the long-term profitability. The position will focus on the operational support on Demand to cash aspect of Aircraft Tire Business Line assigned account.
Main Activities:
-Contribute to the achievement of Sales Result
Responsible for sales support activities and being part of sales forces team to contribute to the achievement of sales target (PA).
Support the objectives of Michelin Aircraft Tire on a Regional and Global level.
-Manage Customer relationship:
Being a focal point of contact for both internal and external customers for issues related to customer orders, enquiries, shipment, pricing and resolution of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Control and smooth functionality among internal groups, sales agent, distributors and customers, handle and manage daily case with efficiency solutions.
Formulate response and resolution in a timely manner and provide excellent customer services.
Develop long term customers relation by visiting customers
-Ensure to work aligned with the process and instruction
Ensure the Sales order process, invoicing process are accurate and aligned with the Sales policy and Internal control Rule.
Process customers’ orders, enquiries, shipments and issuance of invoices in a timely manner
Manage customer supply
-Follow-up the casing from customer
-Overdue Management
Participate as active team members on a credit improvement process to reduce customer credit/overdue/payment schedules.
Participate in the monthly credit meeting with Finance team.
-Liaison between with the other parties to ensure the customer needs
Work closely with supply chain to ensure customer’s tire consumption is met through Processes – Demand Management etc.
Support the marketing analyst in the monthly forecast and annual PA.
Work with Technical Sales in submitting data necessary to support the contracts/agreements.
Coordinate with new and retread service center for documents, retread planning and production, and other matters to support contracts and supply agreements.
Manage the stock level in our distribution center to make sure that we have enough tires when we receive the delivery requirements.
-Contribute to the achievement of Short-Term Sale Forecast
Catch the short them (3 months) future need expressed by customer
Propose short term sales forecast based on analysis on data given by customer.
Inform internal partner (KAM, BO) on main modifications of customer needs/forecast.
Feedback information to help BO anticipate the month end estimated.
Participate in the monthly S&OP planning meeting
-Claim Management: RGA Management
Manage RGA claim process expressed by assigned customers.
Catch and to move customers claims towards internal services in charge of their settlement
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or above. CET-6 and above.
-At least 2 years’ working experiences in commercial field as Customer Service Representative, Commercial Assistant/Specialist or Sales Assistant.
-Being independent, responsible and mature in the working environment; problem-solving oriented; sense of Customer-focused; taking initiatives in work; good communication and coordination skills
