职责描述

Work closely with leadership team to build people strategy in areas of organisation development, capability building, performance enablement, talent management, people leadership and culture to enable business to deliver objectives

Collaborate with organisation to execute people strategy and people initiatives successfully

Leverage HR associate service team to ensure standard HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilised compensation, and performance enablement programs to grow talents and capability and ensure a sustainable bench of growing and ready now talent for key positions.

Proficiency in Core HR Skill Areas, Talent acquisition and development, Reward Management, Employee Relations

Sound understanding of labour law and workforce regulations

Sound understanding of Organisation Effectiveness Practice Areas: Integrated Talent Strategies, Development/Implementation, Change Planning/Management, Capability Development, Human Capital Management, Organisation Design, Performance Management/Culture Change, and Team Effectiveness

Knowledge of General Administration and Basic Financial Analysis

Interacting with business managers as independent HR partners
